Why I Do This Work

“You’re overreacting.” “It wasn’t that bad.” “You’re just too sensitive.”

For a long time, I believed those words. I heard them from partners, peers, institutions—even people I trusted to help me heal. But deep down, I felt the ache of something that couldn’t be explained away: confusion, emotional chaos, and the hollow feeling of slowly losing touch with who I was.
Like many survivors of narcissistic abuse, I didn’t recognize it at first. The patterns were subtle: the twisting of my words, the shifting of blame, the love that came with conditions and consequences. I found myself constantly apologizing, justifying, and trying harder to earn care that should have been freely given. Over time, I began to question my memories, my needs, my worth.

I also experienced betrayal on a systemic level—by institutions that claimed to support me but instead enabled manipulation and punished truth-telling. The very systems meant to protect me made me feel disposable. It wasn’t just one relationship; it was a pattern. And that pattern left me emotionally exhausted, hypervigilant, and profoundly alone.

But slowly, I began to reclaim my life.

I immersed myself in trauma work—both personally and professionally. I studied how emotional abuse shapes the nervous system, how trauma lives in the body, and how attachment injuries fracture our sense of safety. And I realized that healing isn’t about pretending nothing happened—it’s about remembering that your voice, your boundaries, and your identity still belong to you.
I became a life coach because I know how lonely this kind of pain is. I know how hard it is to trust again—especially yourself. And I know how powerful it is when someone finally sees you, believes you, and walks beside you without judgment.

If you’ve been dismissed, blamed, or silenced, I want you to know:
You are not crazy. You are not broken. You are not alone.
You are waking up.
And I’m here to help you find your way back to yourself.

What I Offer

Narcissistic abuse is a deeply disorienting experience—one that leaves many questioning their reality, self-worth, and ability to trust again. My role is to walk beside you as a coach and guide, providing education, support, and tools that foster healing and growth.

Together, we’ll work to:
-
Identify and understand narcissistic abuse patterns
-
Break trauma bonds and release internalized blame
-
Rebuild self-trust, confidence, and emotional boundaries
-
Reconnect with your values, needs, and authentic identity
-
Move forward with purpose and empowerment
This is not therapy. My coaching is action-oriented, validating, and designed to meet you where you are on your healing journey.
