At Open Heart Communities, we offer a range of therapy groups, skills-based groups, and healing workshops designed to support mind-body wellness and emotional resilience.
Our offerings include mindfulness practices, movement-based and somatic work, breathwork, and evidence-based approaches like ACT and CBT. We create intentional spaces to explore and navigate experiences related to anxiety, depression, racial trauma, ADHD, social anxiety, and more. Rooted in compassion and cultural responsiveness, our groups foster connection, self-awareness, and personal empowerment.
