Tara Pope, MA, DTLLP is a psychotherapist with experience serving children, teens, and adults dealing with a variety of mental health concerns, including, but not limited to anxiety, depression, neurodevelopmental challenges, and trauma symptoms. She is passionate about serving individuals who have had limited access to mental health resources and have often been marginalized by society, due to their identities. Tara's work aims to address the disparities being upheld within the mental health field and to promote equity, access, and cultural humility.

She earned her Bachelor's of Science in Biology from the University of Michigan-Flint and Master's of Arts in Clinical Psychology from the Michigan School of Psychology.

She is currently a doctoral intern completing her internship at Kennesaw State University's Counseling and Psychological Services in Georgia. This will fulfill her final requirement for pursuing a doctorate in clinical psychology from the Michigan School of Psychology. Once she receives her doctoral degree, she will continue to serve through college counseling and psychological services she will offer through her independent practice, Total Mind Psychology.
