Devon Kardel, MS is a therapist, educator, advocate, and student. She is pursuing her doctorate in Clinical Psychology and holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Health Psychology. She specializes in trauma-informed care, somatic practices, and feminist approaches to mental health. Devon’s work bridges the science of psychology with the wisdom of the body, offering movement therapy workshops that help participants regulate their nervous systems, explore emotional expression, and deepen their connection to self through embodiment. Her work integrates elements of dance, breathwork, and body-based mindfulness, supporting people in processing stress, restoring agency, and fostering meaningful connection in community.

With experience working in medical, first responder, chronic illness, and advocacy settings, Devon brings warmth, depth, and a deep respect for individual stories to every session. She believes that healing happens not only
through insight but through lived, felt experience—and that every body deserves to be listened to.
