Dennis A. Brown Jr., MA/ABA, TLLP. is a second-year doctoral student at the Michigan School of Psychology, where he founded the Michigan School of Psychology Publication Interest Group. He is also the president of the Association of Black Psychologists student circle at the Michigan School of Psychology. His research interests are the effects of intergenerational trauma on Black/African American emerging adults. He is passionate about advocating for his community through research and understanding intergenerational trauma, black family systems, and cultural and societal implications of the Black experience. He currently serves as the Senior Student Representative for Division 32’s Society for Humanistic Psychology.
