Direct Care Supervisor

Purpose:
This role has responsibility of supervising direct care workers
Duties & Responsibilities:
-Supervise and oversee direct care workers
-Ensures that all polices and procedures are being followed

Required Education & Experience:
A direct care supervisor, at the time of appointment shall possess either of the following:
(a) A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and 2 years of experience working in a child caring institution
(b) Two years of college and 3 years of experience working in a child caring institution
(c) A high school diploma or GED and 4 years of experience working in a child caring institution

Other Requirements:
-Must currently be or willing to become CPR and First Aid certified
-Must not be listed on Central Registry for the abuse or neglect of a child
-Must not be listed on the Sexual Offender Registry
-Must be of good moral character
