Maintenance Worker

Purpose:
This role has responsibility of ensuring the maintenance of residential site locations
Duties & Responsibilities:
-Lawn care
-Snow removal
-Yard work
-Other maintenenace duties as assigned

Required Education & Experience:
A maintenance worker, at the time of appointment shall possess the following:
A high school diploma or GED and 1 year of experience in maintenance work

-Must not be listed on Central Registry for the abuse or neglect of a child
-Must not be listed on the Sexual Offender Registry
-Must be of good moral character
